Bob Saring, our Special Events Coordinator, has over fifteen years' experience helping people plan special events. He has worked in Philadelphia, Washington DC and New York, and his client list has included university presidents, Fortune 500 corporations, senators and national organizations. He brings his skill, professionalism and care to every special occasion.
Executive Chef Chad Woodland brings to his work in the kitchen the wide open optimism of the American West, and a youthful energy that inspires new life to classic traditions. He trained in the Culinary Arts at Boise State University, and developed his skills in the classic European tradition as an apprentice under Swiss Chef Jean Claude Toedtli, Mr. Woodland's tastes and talents can be sampled at the Castle Key Restaurant at the Manresa Castle in Port Townsend.
Owner Johnpaul Davies brings his years of experience purveying fine food to individuals and fine restaurants to a new level. As owner of Key City Fish Company in Port Townsend, he understands the importance of starting with fine-quality ingredients from land and sea. As owner of the Castle Key Restaurant, he understands the meaning of both excellent service and fine dining. He brings all of these elements together in creating Culinary Renaissance Catering, devoted to the art of raising your spirits!
